Cola base to mix with sparkling water. This syrup, made from infused cola nuts, organic essential oils, citrus fruits, and spices, is characterized by its herbaceous and slightly tart taste. The recipe is inspired by the ancestral use of cola, served as a tonic by pharmacists at the end of the 19th century.

3/4 oz Cola Maison offers aromas of a bygone era, but reminiscent of modern colas without however coming with the sugar levels found in industrial drinks.

Homemade Cola syrup is delicious simply mixed with sparkling water, but it also makes an extraordinary addition to rums, ryes, bourbons, and whiskey in classic or reinvented cocktails.
