This product is the result if a Collaborative project developed by LITHOLOGIE to promote local brown spirits from the province of Quebec.
The Scottish Fudge is an English tradition for whisky lovers. Our version is made from sugar cane, brown sugar, oat milk, corn syrup, deodorized coconut oil, dehydrated pear and SAP spirits. This vegan fudge is amazing with cheese platter, platter of cold cuts and even with SAP56 tasting.
SAP56 gives the finest palate the depth of Whisky and the insatiable sweetness of maple. The aromatic palate is complex, elegant and soft.
SAP56 pairs exquisitely aged Canadian whisky with Grade A maple syrup. Over a 56-day period of harvesting and processing maple water, their passionate artisans crafted an incredibly pure maple syrup as part of our special formula. Through masterful distillation and preparation they created a smooth flavored whisky with distinct notes of oak and a touch of maple sweetness.
The kraft packaging is 8cm x 6 cm x 1cm.
The bar contain 5 pieces of 10 grams each for a total of 50 grams.
Please note that the fudge is wrap in a compostable plastic and a compostable kraft packaging.
